(Anonymous) 2012-04-11 03:55 am (UTC)(link)I rabidly stanned for Kyo/Tohru from the beginning, and a lot of people told me I was "delusional". That made the ending even more epic for me. Not only was my OTP reality, but I was right and those bitches were wrong. [/petty]
It's funny, between Furuba and ATLA (Zuko/Mai) I've found my "delusional" ships are actually more likely to become canon.

From the moment I realized those two had a "thing" I was all over them. All my friends wanted Zuko/Katara (ew) and were peeved as heck when it didn't happen. I was practically on cloud nine and totally lording it over them. It's so rare for the pairings I'm into to become canon (probably because I'm mainly a slash shipper and love unconventional, quirky pairings, but whatever), so when it does happen I gloat.
