i'd die first because i lack any skill necessary for survival. i'd probably be so nervous, i'd step off the plate early on accident and get blown up before the games even officially start.

but i think you'd be surprised what you'd be willing to do, to survive. Would you have felt guilty afterwards? Certainly -- and so do many of the other victors, or at least that's what their self destructive, escapist behavior implies to me. But survival instinct is incredibly powerful and you end up doing things you couldn't possibly imagine yourself capable of.
