One shot anytime their unfortunate love interest's features are described (an extra shot each time one of those features is completely wrong or exaggerated ("Snape's glossy perfect hair")
Two shots if someone proposes to the self-insert (extra shot for pregnancy, two extra for wedding night conception)
One shot per non-human parent mentioned in the self-insert's introduction. (Half dragon, half vampire, half fairy = One and a half people.)
That should empty the liquor cabinet.
