Not the OP, but I would also love to have that deck...anyone know which one it is? I don't recognize the art.

OP here -- it was made exclusively for the credits of this show (so, as far as I know, that could mean it was just computer graphics, never a real physical deck). I think HBO -- in one of their many screwups when it came to supporting this show -- lost out on a great marketing opportunity when they neglected to make this deck for purchase. It's so beautiful!
