This guy's deck (http://davepalumbo.deviantart.com/art/10-of-Swords-185472170) is the one I want. I plan to get it when it comes out, anyway. I don't see what's so "occultic" about tarot, it's not any more occult than seeing a counselor or a therapist or something. It's just using symbols that people recognize to counsel other people. Nobody I know who is into tarot thinks it predicts the future or anything like that.

That is how they actually used to do it on tv too, in ye olde dayes. It's just honouring that great old acting tradition. Until mid-nineties in the case of some US soaps. "The role of X will be played by Y in this episode" voiceovers at the start and everything,

I felt like that about Silent Hill when I started to play it for the first time a couple years ago. The graphics are really old and crappy. But you get used to it as you keep playing. Or at least I did so maybe you will too. :]

I liked Greer too! Sometimes, I think fans develop opinions of characters too quickly (cuz he was kind of abrasive in the first few episodes) and refuse to acknowledge that they can have any depths other than those they initially display.

I'll thank you not to paint us -all- as fanatical idiots. Any fans with an ounce of sense will understand how people can find the pace plodding and the writing ponderous, and I know plenty (including myself) who actually agree to varying extents. It's possible to enjoy something while still acknowledging its flaws.
