Well, not to be harsh but that's kind of your own fault. Can you limit yourself in the amount of fandom? Like set aside so you spend 1 hour a night diving into fandom, 2 hours for homework or whatever and set up a schedule until you can manage your time appropriately so it doesn't impact your life? Kind of a skill you need to learn anyway. Otherwise anything can take over your life.
