I'm not surprised there's very litte fic - the series had very few viewers.
Some of us who were huge fans and supporters of SGA (and SG1) were so miffed at the cancellation of that show in favor of SGU (and the horrid comments of the show's producers) that we never gave it a chance. Others who liked the feel of the two previous Stargates just couldn't get over the lack of teamwork and the general nastiness of the characters. The show was all "see how edgy we can be, we have sex and infidelity and incompetence and lesbians and ..... " It was a vanity piece for the writers who in all honesty aren't all that talented. Greer was possibly an OK character, but come on, the black guy was the one with anger management issues and follows his commander around blindly like a dog? How is that anything but a stereotypical characterization?
