Yes! I don't know why nobody mentioned Arrested Development sooner! There's women in hilarious slapstick situations (Lucille in Afternoon Delight, Lindsay in Burning Love, Lucille 2...just to mention some off the top of my head), not to mention the women are pretty much just as awful as everyone else (no one is safe from the Bluths).

Hell, Lucille has to be one of my favorite female characters ever. She is fantastic in every way.
