I'm kinda the opposite....if a game is 1st person I won't play it because all 1st person games give me motion sickness, but 3rd person doesn't. No idea why. So I'm probably missing out on some really good games. There should be more games that have both perspectives as an option.

If you ever want to give first person games a try again, next time go into options and turn of 'motion blur' or anything with 'blur.' I get motion sickness when I play first person games too and found this to be a major cause of it. Also if it is possible, lowering the saturation or dimming the light (reducing gamma) helps too. Something about bright colors and light swirling around that can make me feel sick too.

I know how you feel. I want to play HL-2 so badly, but every time I attempt it I get too sick that I have to stop.
