(Anonymous) 2012-04-29 02:03 am (UTC)(link)That's true, and I might just be expecting too much of them in that regard. And I did like the relationship between her and Shining. I just feel like, if they were going to suddenly introduce a brother, couldn't they do it in a way that doesn't contradict her childhood (fillyhood?) so much. Make him a long lost sibling or estranged or something?
Yeah, that is a lot of the reason, but she also doesn't have any real flaws. As a previous commenter said, I think I would have liked her more if she'd kept some of that haughty attitude from when she was actually the changeling (it'd sure explain who nobody batted an eye at her behaviour, and she would have been more interesting that way.)
But even with that, I think I wouldn't have minded nearly as much if she'd just been a regular unicorn.

yeah, I mean I love Twilight, so it was nice to see so much of her, but some focus on the other girls would have been nice, especially since this is a finale.
