Well it looks like my secret hit a nerve with you.

"Of course" my ass. I don't care about the romance plot either, but that doesn't mean I think that makes me superior, nor do I go around being a douche to people who do like it.

I didn't say you're missing the point of the books because you want to talk about something other than the love triangle, I said you're missing the point of the books if you think the point of the books is "LOOK AT THE COOL VIOLENCE!"

The "violence is deep and manly" was sarcastic.

And, yes, if you think traditionally feminine interests (like shipping and romance) are inferior to traditionally masculine interests (like action and violence) I assume you're sexist. Note that I didn't say if you LIKE action more than shipping. I said if you honestly believe that action is a valid thing to be interested in, but that anyone who enjoys shipping is a stupid fanbrat.

Which I have seen more than one person say to my face in real life.
