i get you OP, I've no idea what I can and cannot wear without looking too slutty. I'm jealous that anime characters can wear whatever they want :[
(and guys and girls both think I'm slutty no matter what I wear and I'm not. i'M shy and a virgin)

And if it's a hot day and everyone else gets to wear singlets? I'm out of luck. If anyone has any advice on what to wear I'd love to hear. They're not big enough to get breast reduction suergery (no back pains), but big enough I feel humilated when I'm trying on different clothes and everything looks ridiculous on me...and things made for big busts show it off so much that people will comment on my boobs regardless.

Wearing things that have a scoop-neck shape is very flattering for women with larger breasts, and it actually makes them look smaller. If you want to try and offset the size of your breasts, also, I would recommend trying to find shirts that are longer - shirts that, on the rack, probably look more like a short dress, but on you would look more like a long shirt. I find that shirts like this are the ones that minimalize my breasts the most.

Also, try and find shirts that cinch in at the waist. When you have huge boobs, it's really hard to look like you have a shape (even if you do), and accentuating the smallness of your waist is flattering on ANY body shape.
