I have to admit, I've thought about doing this before. Almost all of the fic I've written has been prompted on the kink meme, so when I come up with a fic on my own I get the bizarre urge to prompt it myself. Just for the sake of familiarity. Once or twice, I've written fic and just when I was thinking about posting it I found a prompt that it fit. Guess where I decided to post it!

Oh, and once I wrote out a prompt, got halfway to posting it, and then realised I wanted to write it instead. But, since it's not a prompt on the meme - I never finished it!
