1 -- The comic book fandom hates him? Why?

Secret maker says!: I'll admit, I'm not huge into the comic fandom, basking mostly in the animated series', but he always seems generally snubbed. Like being Bruce's replacement automatically makes him less worthwhile and... what do they call guy Mary Sue's? Gary Stu's? D;

Well, whilst I don't know if I'm really THAT into comic fandom, as it were, but I've never really seen Terry get much hate. Not a lot of recognition either, but I always thought that was because he's solely an animated series character and not part of actual main DC canon. Maybe that's just me, though?

I haven't seen much Terry hate either. The Dini/Timm-verse is generally worshipped by most DC fans, so fan-hate for Terry would actually be bizarre.

Then Bat-fandom in particular seems very fond of him in fact.

Oh. Well either way I personally thought he was cool. Batman Beyond was a fun series.
