Oh I forgot about the shota aspect. Probably because Ciel looks older than thirteen (I thought he was thirteen in the manga? And didn't he have a birthday, or am mixing my canons?) in the secret.

NGL, now that OP mentioned it I'm digging it as well, but the pairing is fucked up no matter how you look at it or who has the "power".

Ah, you're right. He was thirteen. My mistake.

Oh, it's absolutely fucked up no matter how you slice it. I agree on that fully. My point is, in my experience, there's always been someone who will make the argument that a fucked up pairing is somehow less fucked up simply by switching the order.

Yeah, Ciel is 13 for most of the series (was 12 in the beginning). He looks young for his age IMO.

You're right, he does look younger than his age. I think that's why the shota thing slipped my mind, because Ciel looks quite a bit older in the secret than in the series.
