Is there a lot of BDSM in the show, or only in fan works? I know those screen shots are from the show, but up until now, I never even heard of Legend of the Seeker.

Might check it out and join the fandom, just to have an excuse to draw those things I've been too afraid to draw...

I haven't watched the show, but the book series it was based off of has a lot of it, especially in the first one, Wizard's First Rule. It's actually like a big plot arc in the second half of the book.

It's not necessarily BDSM in terms of consensual sex or anything, but a lot of what you've seen (probably) is the Mord Sith, who are basically an order of women trained in torture, which includes basically making people (pretty much men) obedient to them, and there's definitely a somewhat sexual element to it. And the second season has one of these Mord Sith, Cara, joining the main group of characters.
