Though I'm not familiar with the canon, I share your fear, OP. I've been insulin dependant basically my whole life (diagnosed at 2, I'm 31 now) and the thought of what would happen if some well meaning stranger tried to help in an emergency with only this as a guide? My God... that's terrifying.

Five minutes online and the writer(s) would have had a better idea of how this shit actually works and actually goes down. Way to earn your money there, folks. It took literally five seconds to google "treating a diabetic coma" and get the accurate info.

There's a reason I have dex gel and spray in my purse at all times. I haven't used a Glucagon shot since I was a small child but I've sure as hell needed sugar in a hurry.
