I see I am very alone in thinking Ned/Cat is SO NOT TRUE LOVE. They speak to me as the ones that had to be together and learnt to feel affection for each other. Far from True Passionate Love. There is a strong rumour that Ned felt something for Ashara Dayne, and Cat was in love with Ned's brother; she certainly cares for Ned, but I don't feel Love coming from either of them. And their union is very much inspired by duty.

Jame/Cersei is not love either. It's narcissism and idealization.

Jon/Ygritte is tainted by the secrets Jon kept from her, and her blackmail to sleep with him.

On the other hand, Robb/Jeyne is definitely one couple that fits True Love. Or at least, strongly, not the means for anything any of them desires.

I'd add Garlan Tyrell and his wife. They are so normal, every time they appear I get weirded out cause they don't fit in this world XD

Tywin and Joanna seem to have loved each other strongly too. Oberyn/Ellaria too. Trystane and Myrcella seem to be heading that way, from the little we've heard.
