I know that it doesn't matter what some internet person thinks one way or another and that it can't possibly affect you, but I really wanted to say that reading this and seeing your icon really did make me feel this involuntary surge of ridiculously happy for you. Hope this doesn't sound too stupid, but I know that sometime in the future when my mind is trying to pull up random things to be glad about to avoid small panic attacks, "Metal Equine and her Boyfriend will probably be in the shuffle.

Aw, thank you. It does affect me in a way, as I do get warm and fuzzy feelings from your reply. Photo in icon was taken on a weekend getaway with Boyfriend and his other girlfriend, a couple of years ago. That photo was the very best of the lot and we're still hopelessly mushy when seeing it. ( I'm "Glasses", btw.)
