"Leave No Soul Behind" by whochick (http://archiveofourown.org/works/187333/chapters/275539)
It's an epic reboot Kirk/Spock AU. I was wary at first because it's an AU of an AU, but five chapters in and I was hooked. It's engaging, well written, in character... you know, all the things a good fic should be.

Another reboot K/S. It is long and plotty, with a nice structure to the story and scorching slow burn on the romance.
