That's kind of harsh. It's fine if you don't like baby plotlines but wishing the kid would end up dead seems a bit extreme.

You realize the kid is a fictional character,right? That no-one is wishing a real baby dead, but that it's probably the only way to get the kid written out of the show?

Of course I realize that. I still think it's harsh. It's just an opinion, and I never said it was as bad as wishing death on an actual baby.

Also someone already pointed out that there's a huge flaw in thinking that would be a simple solution to ditching the baby plot. If anything happened to the kid there'd probably a whole season of personal drama about it, if not countless references to it in later seasons.
