I'm kind of surprised by all the people reacting so strongly to this. I never really look at people's profiles, and I honestly have no idea how old most of the people on my LJ and Tumblr lists are. I can't say I really care much, either. Unless they're obviously acting like teenagers and talking about high school all the time (which none of them do), how would I know and what difference would it make?

Now, if someone whose smut I've been reading actually comes out and says they're 15 or whatever, it'll squick me, sure. But most of the time it doesn't really come up. I think I have a "don't ask, don't tell" attitude towards the underaged pornmongers.

Pretty much this. But I don't have the squick factor for. Mainly because I just don't write (can't >_> no matter how hard i try) and I never draw porn unless it's between and my best friends or my boyfriend.

But reccing fic? I'll rec all kinds of fic, from G-NC-17 to whoever I think might like it. Odds are, I have probably recced some smut fic to a minor. *shrug* They wanna read it? Go them!! They don't? Go them!!
