You people saying you'd be soooooo squicked if you found out someone under 18 read your fic sound like either a) over 40's who think the previous generation are criminally stupid and immature or b) people who just turned 20 who think they're oh so super old and smart now and anyone still in their teens is just a dumb baby.

In other words, you're being ageist.

And before anyone jumps to complain about things I did not say, I will clarify:

I do not think there is anything wrong with not wanting to personally interact with a minor for example, rping or ficsharing, because legal concerns are legitimate. I am only talking about people who are freaked by the idea of minors reading their fic. If your reaction to that is OMG EWW EWW EWW HOW DARE TEENS THINK ICKY IMPURE THOUGHTS then you are being ageist.
