I don't remember for sure, but didn't Ikuhara leave after Supers? I feel like that could explain the lack of the Outers, who he loved. Then again, I could be totally wrong about this, so.

Pacing has to be the biggest problem with either version of Sailor Moon. The anime moves way too slowly, the manga moves way too fast.

And, though it is unlikely to happen, it would be nice if there was an indisputable scene that Haruka & Michiru are a couple - the arguments and utter denial people used to have back in the day drove me crazy.

Yes, this. A "confirmation" scene between Haruka and Michiru would be fantastic.
