Do you know any of her friends better than you know her? You might try reaching out to some people who know her to find out how she's doing and if she's getting any help.

Personally, if a stranger commented on a sad post of mine with something like "Hey, I don't know you, but I have always loved your fic, and I'm sorry you're having a rough time right now" I'd be touched. I don't know how much that might do, especially if the problem is less "life sucking rn" and more "serious mental illness," or what this person's personality is like, but it might be a way to show a drop of kindness (and maybe inspire others to be less sycophantic and more "you okay?")

This. Even if you don't know her well, or much at all, it certainly can't hurt to check in and ask if everything's okay, and it may well do her some good to know that someone cares.
