(Anonymous) 2012-05-18 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)When someone lacks the ability to consent, it's rape. Crixus (like all the other slaves) was not allowed to say no. Heck, it was rape with Melitta and Gannicus even though they wound up falling in love. And in that situation, they were BOTH victims.
