This is just one reason why I adore my friend. She's been into comics for years, I've only had a fleeting interest at times, but we saw the film together and when I expressed an interest in reading some of the comics she put together a list of the ones I could read without getting lost or alienated. I probably wouldn't bother if it wasn't for her and it's been totally worth it.
