Oh, I recognized Rika! I love IshiYoshi too. Sometimes I wonder about them as well, especially as their friendship is clearly not an act. With as many women who have passed through H!P, at least one has to be bi or gay (same with the 48 family).

Looooove Mikitty <3 Rika's my all time favorite idol, even though currently my fandom is with other groups.

Yep, that's Rika from the Bye Bye Saigo no Yoru PV. And their relationship/friendship has lasted the years. Lately Rika and Yossy are in a new unit, ABCHO, and on a recent TV show they both had to make excuses about why they're not married yet (which ended up being "we'll wait until Yasuda Kei's married XD"). Then there's simple things like their matching iPhone cases (and when Rika had a Dream Morning Musume IPhone case with Yossy on it), their matching lock and key necklaces that just make me wonder....

But yeah, I wonder about all the idols I follow, sometimes, because I follow H!P (though classic H!P more than current), the 48 groups and I like other idols, so I know someone has to be bi or lesbian, but that would be death to their careers if they came out.

I'm still not following any bands (even though you've inspired me to in the past— it sounds like such a fun, cute thing to fan over!), but that friendship/possibly deeper relationship sounds oh so sweet. ;3;

I did not expect to be so into bands so no worries there ^^;; It is a pretty fun fandom, though the wank can be kind of incredible sometimes, depending on which groups you follow. Mostly good stuff, though.

It is the sweetest friendship ever. They've been super close for about 12 years now and it's super adorable. On a variety show they played husband and wife, once, so they occasionally still refer to each other as mom and dad. Super cute.
