I feel you, but at the same time, being a Sherlock, I don't feel like I really deserve a John. I mean, at least 75% of the time I would really not need them for anything. It's not fair to want to have someone's complete devotion when I know I could never give return it.

Just to contribute to the "frustration thread"...
I feel the anon too. I didn't choose to be the Sherlock of the relationship, to be honest, sometimes I wish I wasn't the Sherlock. I'm definitely not an angel but I still made the choice to to walk among them. And as much as most of the time we have a good dynamic, I'm aware sometimes it can be very frustrating, specially for my John. I know I make it hard for him but that's what happens with opposites. They complement each other but they also crash.
