Yeah, I think it would help a lot if the phrase was always "self-described nice guys" or "passive-aggressive guys" or something that was actually descriptive. The Nice Guy descriptor doesn't really resonate properly unless you're seeing it in the context of one of those crazy craigslist things that are all "IM A NICE GUY WHO ONLY DATES DD GIRLS W GOOD COOKING SKILLZ WHO LAUGH AT MY JOKES".
