I'm embarrassed, however, that I didn't think to ask OP which version of the Sims they meant. I assumed TS2, whose male Sims are indeed hideously ugly. I don't think there's an equivalent mod for TS3 (or TS1, for that matter.) :/ But you can look through that same site for default replacement skins, extra face sliders, facial hair, eyebrows, and other stuff to improve the look of TS3 Sims, too.
