I read the ending as very depressing, that Katniss can't get over everything that happened, etc., etc.. It seems like most people read it as though it's supposed to be happy, though, and it falls flat on that front?

Anyway, there's no reason to pretend you like it, though I don't suggest complaining about it in a fandom space or anything, either, that's just needlessly wank baiting.
