Tamnais/Raine from Lisa Shearin's Raine Benares Series. I don't even remotely care that my OTP's been squashed flat in canon omg. I will ship this forever. Everyone should go read these books! The last one came out today! \o/

I'm also pretty fond of Noel/Serah/Snow from FFXIII-2. Yeah. OT3! And we'll ignore all the problems with that, thanks to canon.

And my long-term OTP to end all OTP's is, um, still Ino/Shikamaru from Naruto. Which is vaguely embarrassing because I've been shipping it for the better part of a decade now...

There is nothing wrong with long-term OTPs.
I've been shipping Tommy/Kim from Power Rangers since way before I knew what shipping was.
(Let's not get into just how long that is. *wince*)
