I could have written this myself. Come out if you're comfortable - and it doesn't have to be a big announcement if you don't want it to be. You can certainly do so if you want, but you can also just start talking about who you're attracted to, regardless of gender if that's better for you. Coming out is intensely personal, no matter where, and there isn't a 'set' or 'absolute' way to do it.
