Just because you don't want every woman in the world doesn't really make you any less bisexual in a realistic way. Taste is subjective and you're not expected to like every single person of whichever sex you're attracted to. Most people have a preference for one or the other even if they're attracted to both anyway.
Coming out as bisexual can be awkward though. People (to generalise) seem to accept heterosexuality as 'the norm' and homosexuality as valid and real, but if you're bisexual or pansexual, a lot of people seem to assume you've 'chosen' to be that way, or are somehow 'greedy'. It's not whiny to worry and it's especially difficult in a setting (such as fandom) where you're automatically (and insultingly) assumed to be a 'fandom [sexuality]' rather than a genuine one.
People might judge, but fuck 'em. You don't need to justify your preference or feelings for very few girls to fandom people ever. If they think you're lying that's their problem, not yours.
