You're not alone. It took me years to work through all the "yes buts" after I realized I was attracted to people of more than one gender before I felt OK about identifying as bi.

As for the Kinsey scale, I keep slowly sliding down it. Maybe when I'm 80 I will look back and say "bisexuality was a phase for me; it lasted 60 years."
