(Anonymous) 2012-06-09 05:10 am (UTC)(link)I mean, Swedish isnt' my native language, I learned it some years ago with a penpal and lots of self-tutoring.
But from what I can see, the English translation seems to be almost word for word translations of the Swedish text, with a few changes for clarity or tense structure that would make much more sense with English.
The changes appear to be minor things that just improve the understanding and wording of the text, and also to make things like idioms easier to understand for English-speakers. The flavor of it is completely intact, though.
