I agree with the distinction you make but the terms you're using are very different from what everyone else I've seen use. I've never seen anyone using SJW to mean someone who'se actually taking a constructive approach to social justice - SJW stands for Social Justice Warrior, and is "war" really emblematic of a constructive approach to anything?

Why not say "social justice advocate" for the people who are positively working for social justice, and "Social Justice Warrior" for the people who claim their goal is social justice but actually seem to prioritize warring against and "winning" over others higher than achieving social justice in any sense?

I think I will do that. It's more positive than "Social Justice Asshole", and being more positive is what we need.
