I love Meer too. It's strange how all the girl characters I like everyone hates, and vice versa (see: Lacus).

I don't mind Meer so much, actually. I find her more believable than the real Lacus. And Flay ... IMO, doesn't deserve the 'naked undead cameo' that she gets at the end. To earn that, a Gundam female sort of has to do something. No, not bang the main character.
