I completely feel the same way, OP. The people in my now-main fandom are far younger than me (teenagers whilst I'm in my thirties) and it just doesn't feel the same anymore. Which is fine. As someone else said, that's just the ebb and flow of life. And it's always scary to realize you're losing something, but it's been my experience that you'll find something else -- whether it be another fandom or something in real life -- to replace it. Being stagnant is my biggest life fear, so I always see moving on and forward as an opportunity rather than a loss. I hope you find that as well.

This. I started out in my fandom at thirteen, and now that I'm in my twenties and a new flock of teenagers have joined the fandom, fandom doesn't feel the same anymore. It's a part of growing up, though, and your optimism on the matter is welcoming. Thank you.
