So? It's not making light of rape, it's making fun of fans who (quite offensively) shoehorn rape into their fics to make Loki a woobie, which is all kinds of gross and reflects really nastily on rape culture. It's a joke that mentions rape, not a rape joke. That's like saying that joke about Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson going camping is a joke about tents.
