Which, ngl, kind of harshes the delusion I've been gripping that, "at least my (fanfiction) hobby isn't as dorky as my husband's (LARPing) hobby!" *le sigh*

(That can be really cool, btw. I went with a bunch of kids to a Civil War era fort once, and accidentally hit a weekend when the Civil War Re-Creationists were encamped there. Nothing like getting cookies from Mrs. Grant and hearing a story from General Grant to make a ten year old want to know more about history!)
