While I agree that Dean doesn't really come off as completely heterosexual I don't think the cross-dressing kink really has anything to do with that. Most cross-dressers are heterosexual.

I agree. Cross-dressing has nothing to do with being gay, but that aside, there's no way that Dean's totally straight.
