IA. Banter is great, it's a very witty and verbal way to flirt. Bickering is just annoying.

I do think Ron/Hermione have an excuse in that they're teenagers. They're still figuring everything out. Their fighting in the last book is mainly because of the locket, so they might have grown completely out of it by the epilogue. And the books are from Harry's POV so if they do have any more meaningful conversations, serious flirting, it might be when he's not there.

I agree with this comment, especially the bit about the fighting, and the locket. I thought that was the whole point of showing us what the locket did, to let us see how much it affected the three of them, even without their knowledge.
