It's Final Fantasy XIII: gil accumulation is the key factor for endgame grinding. A Plush Chocobo is a rare item you can win in the treasure-hunting minigame that has no purpose other than to be sold for gil (and 35k is a lot of money). But Dajh, who is the son of one of the main characters, really likes chocobos so when I found a Plush Chocobo I decided not to sell it; I really like the idea of the party giving it to him when they see him again. ;_; (spoiler, when I first started doing it I wasn't even sure that they would see him again because this game is cruel, but they do!)
