I only had a tumblr, but I deleted it after a few months.

You miss one day, one single fucking day, and good luck trying to catch up with your dashboard.

(Plus how terrible its archive system and navigation are, and good luck finding anything in a 800+ pages tumblr if they don't tag properly, and oh god infinite scroll, kill it, kill it with fire.)

Plus the difficulty in maintaining a proper conversation without having to install disqus or missing e.

I only got one because my best irl friends convinced me to. At least one of them has spent her entire day in there for weeks straight, and I've heard similar stories about its addictive properties. That thing can be 'World Of Warcraft' kind of dangerous.
