As a younger sibling myself, I...don't really sympathize with you. Kind of bothered with the fact that you keep calling it gross that she's into fandom. So it was perfectly okay for you to read/look at questionable things at that age, but not her? Sure I can understand that the thought is a bit mortifying. But she's going to grow up, and she's going to get curious about that stuff. Tell her that you'd rather not talk about fandom with her if you must, but for god's sake don't call her weird or gross for being into it.
