I know this is a totally random and strange question, but it is something I'd really like input on, sooo: If there's a guy (from Texas) named Rudy, who has a nickname that sounds like people are saying "rude" -- how would you spell it? Rude, Rud', Rood, or...?

I don't read inception fic, but I feel like that's writers just falling back on the fact that someone said it in the movie and considering we know so little about Arthur it just kind of stuck.

I saw where someone on TWOP was bitching about how ugly she was in her film reel, with one specific complaint being the deep creases in her lips that chapstick couldn't cure.

People are so unnecessarily angry. I get the irritation—way too much Megan this season, not enough Joan/Lane interactions for my taste—but it's brutal out there, and I hope Jessica Pare ignores it.

Oh god, OP, do you want to be my friend? I have the same problem. I want to play Portal and Left 4 Dead with someone, but none of my friends have those games, and I'm too shy to ask the guys because they're all experienced gamers, and my biggest accomplishment is getting through Jazz Jackrabbit 2 in 50 minutes without dying once, which isn't such a big accomplishment.

And I feel so awkward about joining strangers online. What if I'm not good enough and just annoy everybody?

So, I don't know what that other game is, but if you'd like someone to play Portal with, just let me know and we can exchange our account names. :D

I'm grossed out by the DLC too. Especially when all the men are just badass upgrades with all the abilities (and more) of their original incarnations, rather than squishy moe uguu crap like the ladies got.

But I'm definitely buying the game. Why? Because
1. It is just bonus content, not the main game itself
and
2. I want to continue seeing FE localized.

It's your choice and everything. But if you have the means to buy a game in the series and don't because of separately paid bonus content, don't complain when we don't get future installments over here. With the treatment of FE overall, we need to keep showing it's profitable, and all these people turning up their noses are saying the opposite.

Are these books worth reading? A lot of people say the world is interesting but... the author... well I don't want to find myself enjoying her writing if it's possible that she's lifted a "few" passages from here and there (again).

Ugh. I'm so sorry OP- first because of unpleasant break-up and then because of the unwanted mandatory flashbacks when watching any of his movies. Hopefully enough pleasant JM movie watching experiences will balance it out in the long run!
