I can totes relate to that. I would love to be a badass hero who had a unique and awesome set of super-powers (my super-power of choice would be animal shape-shifting, and it's definitely unique and would add a lot to the team!) I'd still be a girl but it wouldn't matter in my perfect idea of how it would play out LOL. I haven't specifically fantasized about this with the Avengers team; I tend to think of it in a more abstract way, or if I do fantasize about being a hero it's with people irl (both as teammates and people I save). But I relate to that sentiment WAY more than I do about wanting to be swept up into the arms of one of the heroes. also, as badass as they are and as much as I love them, I don't really find them attractive personally. not ugly, and def cool-looking, but not hot. just a matter of personal taste.
