This secret...I'm not really sure what it's about. It sounds like OP has a lot of issues and jumbled them all in one secret.

If the problem is that you can't fangirl with your sister because of shame/nostalgia/projection/hypocrisy (I can't really tell) don't worry. Nobody says you should. In my RL I barely know anyone who is into fandom and they are all nice, decent people. You don't have to be into stuff she's into, whatever the reason.
